The factory is equipped with large equipment such as four-head welding robots and five-axis machining centers, enabling us to manufacture large sheet metal parts.
Bulldozer Fuel Tank
【Kyoto Factory】
At the Kyoto Factory, we also manufacture fuel tanks for bulldozers, making full use of our sheet metal fabrication know-how and technology.
While counterweights are filled with heavy objects such as concrete, fuel tanks are containers for storing diesel.
Since oil leakage from the finished tanks is strictly prohibited, we conduct rigorous inspections on all tanks using special equipment and chemicals to confirm and guarantee the quality of the tanks, confirming that they are completely airtight containers.
