Fabrication counterweight
We manufacture counterweights for construction machinery (hydraulic excavator and crawler cranes) using a method in which heavy concrete is filled into steel plate processed and welded together. Size, weight, and shape vary depending on the model.

Fabrication process
01 Material processing
Materials such as steel plates are bent using a press machine and then cut using various cutting machines.
02 Temporary assembly
Each processed material is assembled and welded in a specific order using a tool called a jig to create a box-shaped product.
Using the jig ensures consistent quality.
03 Welding
The box-shaped product is then welded by a robot.
Finally, the welding is done by hand to create a sealed product.
04 Filling
Concrete or other materials are poured into the sealed product,
filling it up to the weight specified by the customer.
We always measure the weight of the parts to meet the customer's requests.

Finishing:
Painting
We will remove any scratches or foreign matter from the surface of the filled product and then finish it.
We will paint it with the specified paint.
06 Appearance inspection
Before shipping, the product is visually inspected to ensure quality.
